Where can my child use their GoHenry card?

Your child can use their GoHenry card online, in-store and at ATMs. You can change these settings in your parent app.

What if my child loses their card?

You can block a lost or stolen GoHenry card instantly using your GoHenry app and unblock it once found. If you can’t find the card, then head to your app and reorder a replacement card with the same design for free.

Can my child use GoHenry online?

Yes! Your child can use their GoHenry card online, including for subscriptions and apps. You can block online spending using your parent app and change this preference any time.

Can GoHenry be used internationally?

GoHenry cards can be used abroad, fee-free. Happy holidays!

Can I set spending limits for my child?

Yes! You can set and adjust spending limits and monitor your child’s spending using your parent app.

Does GoHenry work with Apple Pay?

GoHenry members aged 13+ can add their GoHenry card to Apple Pay for quick, easy and secure payments on the go.

How can I teach my child responsible spending?

With GoHenry, kids learn to earn, save, spend responsibly. They can track their money and set savings goals in their app and spend on their debit card within limits set by parents. Parents can also find tips and insights to support their child’s money journey in the GoHenry Parent Space.

What age can a child get a debit card?

While kids in the UK need to be aged 11 or over to get a children’s bank card, they can start learning with a GoHenry debit card from the age of six. Once they turn 13, they can upgrade to a GoHenry debit card for teens and unlock 13+ benefits in their app.
